A statement from Afghan National Security Advisor Mohammad Hanif Atmar said the two sides agreed that working teams of both the countries would meet and talk on important subjects.
Atmar talked to his US counterpart H. R. McMaster through a video link and both the sides discussed security situation in Afghanistan and the region.
They also talked about the war on terrorism, peace and bilateral political and security cooperation.
