JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Civil society activists on Wednesday held a gathering in eastern Nangarhar province, asking the government to consider their views regarding good governance.
The gathering titled ‘civil society’s role in good governance’ was organized by Afghanistan Civil Society Forum - organization (ACSFo) in Jalalabad, the provincial capital.
Representative of the ACSFo, Abdul Latifmal Shinwari, said the gathering was aimed at giving the government advice in the sphere of good governance and also to confer appreciation letters on officials . . .
