TALOQAN/KABUL (Pajhwok): Three gunrunners have been arrested in northern Takhar province, an official said on Saturday. Elsewhere, hundreds of kilograms of explosives were seized in Kunar province.
Takhar police chief, Brig. Gen. Faqir Mohammad Jawzjani, told Pajhwok Afghan News police detained three individuals who wanted to supply weapons to Taliban militants in Khwaja Bahauddin district of the province.
