JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Public representatives and civil society activists in eastern provinces on Sunday asked the president to cancel a written exam taken last month for e-Tazkira program because the test was ‘unfair’.
Speakers at a a protest gathering in Jalalabad, the capital of eastern Nangarhar province, warned if the test wasn’t cancelled, they wouldn’t apply for national electronic ID cards and would also not participate in future elections.
They said the exam, taken on May 5 by the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service . . .
