KABUL (Pajhwok): Kabul municipality officials on Wednesday said the Pul-i-Charkhi Prison administration was willing to pay 57 million afghanis in cleanliness tax to the municipality.
Safiullah Abadi, 12th municipal district chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News the Pul-i-Charkhi Prison also had to pay cleanliness tax.
Taxes payable by the prison owes from 1386 solar year stood at more than 67 million afs; however, the prison had only paid 10 million afs and was unwilling . . .
