KABUL (Pajhwok): Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Abdullah on Monday accused some government institutions of ignoring his orders while considering the Presidential Palace the only executive organ of the state.
Addressing the council of ministers, the CEO said all government institutions were responsible to the national unity government leadership under Afghanistan’s constitution.
