The government in June, 2016 for supporting and encouraging entrepreneurs and the private sector sold 70.6 acres of land to the UAE-based AGC and signed an agreement on construction of six industrial factories near the Kabul airport.
The Presidential Palace had then provided no information about the price of the land; but had said the AGC would invest $350 million in the six factories.
