KABUL (HIA) Gulbadin Hekmatyar has stressed social justice for durable peace and stability in the country and said efforts were underway to rehabilitate tribal councils and traditional institutions for country-wide peace and tranquility.
Hekmatyar expressed the views during a meeting with members of Mangal Tribal Council who called on him here at his party headquarters, said a statement from the HIA media wing on Friday.
