JALALABAD (Pajhwok): The Independent Election Commission (IEC) on Monday said security could help ensure transparent elections, urging the government to pay ample attention to the issue before the upcoming polls.
Rafiullah Baidar, a commissioner of IEC in eastern Nangarhar province, expressed the view during the launch of the poll panel’s work in the province.
