JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Provincial officials on Wednesday rang a school bell to kick-start the new academic year in eastern Nangarhar province, where half of the schools have no buildings.
But officials, who attended a ceremony in this regard at the Bibi Hawa High School here, said 50 schools in every district would get buildings during the ongoing fiscal year.
