LASHKARGAH (Pajhwok): The state-run University of southern Helmand province has been without building after nine-year of its foundation, but officials says efforts are one to construct proper building and infrastructure for the university.
The matter was raised in a gathering marking the graduation of 315 male and 25 female students from different disciplines of the university.
University Chancellor Sour Gul Abdul Rahman said the Helmand University witnessed remarkable development as far as the quality of education is concerned. Qualified and quality teachers had been appointed . . .
