JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Afghan forces destroyed a narcotics processing factory in Khogyani district of eastern Nangarhar province, an official said Tuesday.
Lt. Col. Sherin Aqa Faqiri, the spokesman for 201 Selab Military Corps in the east, told Pajhwok Afghan News the drugs factory was destroyed during a joint operation of Afghan forces.
The factory was discovered in Pirkhel area and all materials, including hashish, opium, acid and others were destroyed in the operation.
