MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): Ousted Balkh governor Atta Mohammad Noor on Saturday accused CEO Abdullah Abdullah of hatching conspiracies against him and plotting to weaken the Jamiat-i-Islami party from within.
About few days back, President Ashraf Ghani accepted Noor’s resignation and introduced Eng. Dawood his replacement as Balkh Governor.
However, Noor he had said he submitted his resignation last year based on some conditions.
