KABUL (Pajhwok) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Abdullah Abdullah welcomed a four-year police reform strategy announced on Sunday and stressed the need for an increase in salaries of the force.
Interior Minister Wais Ahmad Barkmak announced the four-year strategy which has been developed to introducing reforms in police forces. The plan has been prepared in four months
Abdullah, who attended a ceremony in this regard, appreciated the strategy’s preparation and said its implementation would help build trust between the people and police.
