KABUL from Loya Paktia has thrown its weight behind the issuance of electronic National Identity Cards (e-NICs) and demanded legal action against those trying to sabotage the national process.
Abdul Hakem Safi, head of the Youth Loya Jirga, told reporters in Kabul that if issued e-NICs would help reduce crimes, ensure transparent elections.
