AIBAK (Pajhwok): Construction of a retaining wall--- costing 26 million afghanis provided by World Bank (WB) -- has been completed in northern Samangan province, an official said on Saturday.
The 867metres long, thee-metres high and 1.2 metres wide wall had been built in Dara Zhondon Aibak village near Samangan River, the rural rehabilitation and development director said.
