The Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) confirmed the drone strike on its base in eastern Kunar province and the killing of Abdullah, son of Fazlullah.
In a statement, the proscribed outfit said 20 suicide bombers were killed and six others wounded in Wednesday’s attack in Sultankhel area of the province.
