KABUL members have been detained with 135 walkie-talkies during a raid in Kabul, the spy network said on Saturday.
A statement from the National Directorate of Security (NDS) said the arrests took place in the limits of the 8th police district.
It added the detainees had been tasked with distributing the walkie-talkies to fighters in deferent provinces.The exact date of the arrests was not mentioned in the statement.
