TIRNIKOT (Pajhwok): Some officials in central Uruzgan province complain growing insecurity and the persistent presence of strongmen are creating hurdles to reconstruction projects.
The complaint came at a gathering in the provincial capital on Friday. Organised to promote accountability, the public meeting was attended by government officials, tribal elders, religious scholars and community leaders.
