KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): Kabul has taken and promised serious measures at improving security and executing a number of uplift plans worth 350 million afghanis in northern Kunduz province, the provincial governor said Thursday.
Abdul Jabar Naeemi, who returned from a visit to Kabul, told a press conference in Kunduz City that he had meetings with top government officials including security sector leaders in Kabul.
