KABUL, have obtained their Tazkira (paper identity cards) during the past five months to participate in the upcoming polls.
Hamayun Mohtat, PRD head, told a press conference here that women made 62 percent of the around 4.5 million people obtaining Tazkira across the country since January 21.
The PRD started a special Tazkira distribution process for people eligible to participate in elections.
Mohtat said the process would continue until July 21 and the number of people obtaining their ID cards would probably reach . . .
