KABUL (Pajhwok): The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) chief on Monday condemned the suicide attack on a gathering of more than 2000 scholars in Kabul.
Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen expressed his condolences to the government and people of Afghanistan and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
