MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): India’s ambassador to Afghanistan in areas of infrastructure development and others.
The envoy was speaking at a ceremony marking inauguration of a 2.8 kilometre road construction in Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital of northern Balkh province.
India is providing $3 million for the road starting from Ustad Kahalilullah Square till the airport’s terminal.
