PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): Senior Afghan officials on Tuesday paid a flying visit to Islamabad for talks on bilateral security and intelligence cooperation.
Prospects for Pakistan, a source said.
The visiting team included Interior Minister Wais Ahmad Barmak, National Security Adviser Mohammad Hanif Atmar and spymaster Masoum Stanikzai.
During the visit, the Afghan security bosses conferred with the hosts on a recent ceasefire and a renewed peace push by the Ghani administration, a Pakistani official told Pajhwok Afghan News.
