MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): US envoy to Afghanistan John R. Bass on Tuesday met with former governor Atta Mohammad Noor and discussed with him Daesh or so called Islamic State (IS) activities in the northern region of the country and the upcoming elections.
