HPC Spokesman Syed Ihsan Taheri told Pajhwok Afghan News the government of Afghanistan and the HPC was aware of the talks between the Taliban and Uzbek officials.
He said foreign minister of Uzbekistan visited Kabul few days back and inform the Afghan government about their talks with the Taliban.
