KABUL (Pajhwok): The UN has called on warring parties in southern Ghazni province to protect the lives, rights and infrastructure of civilians, according to a statement on Monday.
“We call on all parties to the conflict to respect their obligations under international humanitarian law to protect the lives and rights of civilians and to protect civilian infrastructure,” the UN statement said.
