KABUL (Pajhwok): The governor of western Herat province has commended the hospitality Iran has shown to Afghan refugees over the past four decades.
The neighbours enjoyed cordial ties, said Mohammad Asif Rahimi, who is currently on a visit to Iran, where millions of Afghans have lived for nearly 40 years.
