MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): One individual has been killed and two others have been wounded in a clash between officials in the Hairatan Port in northern Balkh province.
The clash took place on Sunday evening, a credible source told Pajhwok Afghan News on condition of anonymity. The fight erupted between guards of the border police commissar and the port security chief.
Commissar Habibullah Guzar is the son of Parwan lawmaker Amanullah Guzar and the port security head Syed Mohammad Noor is the nephew of former governor Atta Mohammad Noor.
