Amarkhel appointed as special advisor to president

KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani has appointed Zia-ul-Haq Amarkhel as his advisor, the government announced on Thursday.

The Office of Administrative Affairs said Ghani had issued a decree appointing Amerkhel as his special adviser on public and political affairs.
