The promise was held out by Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang at a meeting with Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah in Dushanbe on Friday, according to Xinhua news agency.
Li Keqiang also vowed cooperation with Afghanistan, which he hailed as a good neighbour, on Afghan personnel training and promote trilateral cooperation among Beijing, Kabul and Islamabad.
