KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): Spymaster Mohammad Masoum Stanikzai said on Monday the killer of Kandahar police chief Gen. Abdul Raziq had been appointed as the governor’s security guard with fake National ID card and personal guarantee.
Gen. Raziq and provincial National Directorate of Security (NDS) chief Abdul Momin Hussainkhel were killed in the gun attack that left some other officials including Governor Zalmai Wesa wounded on Thursday after a high level security meeting at the governor’s house.
