MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): The Independent Electoral Complaints Commission (IEC) has assured protesting candidates in northern Balkh province to separate transparent and fraud votes.
IECC Head Abdul Aziz Aryae during a meeting with protesting candidates said all legal complaints regarding the Wolesi Jirga elections would be addressed.
