KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani has directed the Ministry of Information and Culture to chalk out a comprehensive strategy for implementation of the Access to Information Law.
The fresh presidential directives come after the Ministry of Interior (MoI) recently ordered its employees not to speak to the media on certain issues and limit their participation in media talks.
