KABUL Breshna Shirkat (DABS) on Tuesday warned defaulting individuals of legal action if they failed to clear their arrears within three days.
Waheedullah Tawhidi, DABS spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News that individuals defaulting on electricity bills would be referred to the Attorney General Office (AGO) and their names shared with media if they did not clear their dues within the deadline.
