PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): A senior Pakistani politician has demanded a judicial inquiry into the killing of a Pakhtun political worker.
Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) chairman Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao slammed the murder of noted educationist Prof Arman Loni in Balochistan.
The incident had created a sense of insecurity among Pakhtuns striving for their rights, remarked Sherpao, a former interior minister and chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
“We condemn the use of force against innocent protesters,” Sherpao said, adding said it was a constitutional right of every Pakistani to protest for his or her rights . . .
