27 members of Iran’s elite guard killed in suicide attack

KABUL (Pajhwok): A suicide bombing killed at least 27 personnel of Iran’s elite guard and wounded more than 20 in Sistan-Balochistan province, Iranian media reported on Thursday.

The suicide attack occurred in the Chanali of the province on Wednesday when a bus carrying the Islamic Republic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) personnel was blown up in the Chanali area on the Khash-Zahedan road.
