KABUL (Pajhwok): The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has urged the warring parties to allow aid groups to deliver assistance in hard-to-reach areas.
Attacks on hospitals, schools and aid workers had paralysed humanitarian work in too many areas, the NRC secretary said in a statement on Wednesday.
Currently on a visit to Afghanistan, Jan Egeland noted many recent civilian casualties in the Afghan war had taken place in hard-to-reach areas.
