KABUL to cease hostilities, display their goodwill to the people of Afghanistan and strive for genuine peace.
“We have noted a considerable aggravation of the military-political situation in Afghanistan lately,” said Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova in a briefing on recent developments in Afghanistan on Tuesday.
She said Taliban members staged a number of large-scale attacks on military bases and checkpoints of government forces in Afghanistan.
