<p>MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): First Vice President Gen. Abdul Rashid Dostum has arrived in northern Balkh province after two months outside the country, an official said on Saturday.</p>
<p>Syed Shamsuddin Sadaat, representative of the Jubesh party in Balk, told Pajhwok Afghan News Dostum arrived in Mazar-i-Sharif this afternoon from neighbouring Uzbekistan.</p>
<p>He said after a brief stay here the first vice president would travel to Jawzjan province.</p>
<p>Sadaat said Dostum traveled to Turkey for medical treatment and spent last three weeks in Uzbekistan.</p>
