Jalalabad blast leaves 5 people injured

JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Five people, including two children were wounded, in a blast in Jalalabad City on Thursday, an official said.

Governor spokesman Attaullah Khogyani told Pajhwok Afghan News the balst targeting public bus took place in the Malang Jan Square at around 1:50 am.

Five injured had been shifted to the hospital from the site of blast, he said, adding the injured were in stable condition.

There is no claim of responsibility for the blast so far.
