MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): The Independent Civil Services Reform Commission (ICSRC) named directors of public health and Hairatan port services in northern Balkh province a month ago.
But the two nominees, who have not yet taken charge, say they emerged successful as a result of a free and fair competition. They have been appointed in compliance with presidential orders.
