Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid in a statement on Thursday said the situation in Afghanistan was complicated due to the intensified conflict.
He said some aid organizations did not adjust their operations properly in such a situation including the Red Cross which he accused of not committed to it promises with the Taliban.
