KABUL for not preventing participants from attending the event.
The massive gathering of top government officials and elders kicked off in the Loya Jirga hall in Kabul on Monday at 10am.
However, the Loya Jirga has been boycotted by former president Hamid Karzai, CEO Abdullah, HPC head Mohammad Karim Khalili and member of HPC Haji Din Mohammad.
Among the political leaders taking part in the event are Abdul Rab Rassoul Sayyaf, Abdul Hadi Arghandiwal, Zabihullah Mujaddedi, Qutbuddin Hilal and Qazi Mohammad Amin Waqad.
