LASHKARGAH (Pajhwok): Two policemen have been killed and three others injured in a landmine explosion in southern Helmand province, an official said on Friday.
Governor’s spokesman Umar Zwak told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast took place on police private vehicle in limits of ninth police district in Lashkargah, the provincial capital.
No one has been arrested so far while police have launched investigation into the incident.
No group claimed responsibility for the blast.
