KABUL (Pajhwok): Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani has demanded the development of a multi-dimensional regional strategy to counter narcotics, drug trafficking, terrorism and establishment of coordinated structures, according to a statement on Saturday.
Rabbani expressed the view while addressing International and Regional Cooperation on Countering Terrorism and its Finance through Illicit Drug Trafficking & OC conference in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.
He said there is deep linkage and interaction between terrorism, organized crime and drug trafficking.
