KABUL (Pajhwok): Denmark may deport an elderly Afghan woman suffering from dementia after the rejection of her final appeal for asylum, a media report says.
June 4 will be a day of reckoning for Zarmena Waziri, 72-year-old refugee, who has been directed to report to a Denmark deportation centre.
The New York Times reported on Wednesday the Afghan woman, who had long been a champion of women’s rights, lived with her daughter Marzia.
