KABUL (Pajhwok): Five people were killed and 10 others wounded when a bomb targeted Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC) personnel in Darulaman area of capital Kabul on Monday, officials said.
Nasrat Rahimi, spokesman to the Ministry of Interior (MoI) told Pajhwok Afghan News that the incident took place around 1:30pm today.
