FARAH CITY (Pajhwok): An individual has gunned down 11 members of his family and a neighbour and wounded six others in the Khak-i-Safid district of western Farah province, an official said on Monday.
Haji Juma, the district administrative chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News Mullah Ali, a resident of the Ranginabad village of the district, shot dead eight members of his own family and three of his neighbours. He also injured six others late on Sunday night.
