KABUL (Pajhwok): A number of residents of central Panjsher province on Saturday staged a protest rally and closed the highway in reaction to the arrest of Abdul Hamid Khurasani, who has been accused of various crimes.
Mohammad Mansour Anabi, deputy governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the protestors closed the Kabul-Panjsher highway in Anab district and demanded the release of Khurasani.
